Prescription Refill Policy
Refills on prescriptions may be maintained at scheduled office visits. However, in the event an existing prescription runs out or expires please contact our office for a new prescription.
Prescriptions will be sent to pharmacy same day unless request is received after 4pm, those will not be done until the next day.
It is not our policy to prescribe any chronic narcotic medication however if you do have any narcotic prescriptions they must be picked up in office only by patient with valid ID on day prescription is due.
Please do not wait until your medication is completely out before requesting a refill.
Don’t forget you can also access your medications on the patient portal by going to IQ Health.
Prescriptions will only be sent in on business days.
Lastly please check with your pharmacy before calling the office back to see if your prescription has been sent in.
